Shipping Information

Shipping 

-We are an Australian owned and operated business and ship all orders from Ipswich Queensland

-We do not offer a click & collect service

-We use discreet packaging and the shipping label will state 'Swinging Around Australia' in the sender details 

-All orders are shipped with Australia Post 

-We are currently only shipping within Australia

Delivery Times

-All orders placed before 12pm AEST are shipped on the same day 

-All orders placed after 12pm AEST are shipped the following day

-For Standard shipping please allow 2-7 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched 

-For Express shipping please allow 1-3 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched

Tracking your Order

-It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking and delivery of your parcel

-If the parcel is returned to us due to a delivery issue you will be charged a reshipping fee

-We recommend you monitor the tracking number which will be sent to you when your order ships

Return to Sender Orders 

-If the parcel cannot be delivered due to customer error or if the customer fails to accept delivery or collect their order from the collection point the parcel will be returned to us. We will make contact with you, the customer, when we receive the parcel back at our sending site and provide you with further instructions

-The customer will be charged for the re-shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to make the payment and provide the true and correct delivery details, as well as accepting delivery of the parcel if applicable

-If your order has been returned to us, the sender, and you, the customer, decide that you do not want your order reshipped, we will issue you with a store credit for the items you purchased, minus the return fees incurred
